This role will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia to ensure their successful completion. Responsibilities

1. Lead, plan and execute all assigned engineering projects
2. Develop project objectives, budgets, schedules and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
3. Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans
4. Ensure that the project complies with relevant regulations and standards
5. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
6. Actively support business development opportunities through engagement with existing and potential clients, exploring new markets, and expansion of services
7. Mentor and coach junior project management staff to develop their skills and build their career paths

Minimum Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
2. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in managing civil engineering projects
3. Knowledge of project management methodologies and report development tools
4. Ability to prepare cost estimates and budgets
5. Experience in managing project risks and developing contingency plans
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
8. Experience in working with government and private clients on major infrastructure projects.
