Job Purpose

Oversee creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

Functional Responsibilities

• Manage construction and delivery of associated infrastructure projects, supporting RCU's strategic
• Oversee creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Manage developments and Masterplan implementation across individual development projects.
• Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured in the defined process including in the EPM
• Ensure liaison with business planning and infrastructure development directors and design management
• Oversee the scope of the project in collaboration with the project portfolio manager.
• Ensure the highest standards of sustainability in the constructions projects.
• Ensure that the objectives and measures are determined upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• Ensure management of the operator requirements and Asset Manager requirements.
• Ensure that there is a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Manage the construction and delivery of the developed assets.
• Ensure all financial records for the project are up to date.
• Ensure supporting the operations of third parties and external constructions vendors' contractors.
• Guarantee that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Ensure guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies
• Ensure establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders.
• Manage erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may affect short-term goals of organization
• Ensure supporting in development and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree Preferred) in Architecture, Design and Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 8 Years
