As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently and effectively, in line with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage large civil engineering projects, from initiation through to completion
2. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, budget, and timeline
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the project meets its objectives
4. Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement
5. Engage with stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations
6. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
7. Facilitate problem-solving sessions and lead teams in resolving project-related issues
8. Prepare and present project updates to executive management and stakeholders

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
2. A minimum of 20 years of project management experience within the civil engineering domain
3. Demonstrated success in managing large, complex projects (hotel and high rise towers)
4. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
5. Strong leadership and team management skills
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools
9. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
