As a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and building projects. You will manage all phases of project development, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Lead and manage all construction activities for infrastructure and civil projects from initiation to successful handover.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive project execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with client specifications and organizational objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining adherence to approved budgets and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality control protocols, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate effectively with internal engineering teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve technical challenges.
• Manage all project documentation, change orders, contractual variations, and claims in coordination with the commercial team.
• Facilitate communication and alignment through regular progress meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and top management.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety policies.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports, including cost analysis, progress dashboards, and performance evaluations to senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement, team efficiency, and a culture of accountability and safety across the project workforce.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience in the construction industry, including at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Solid background in managing large-scale infrastructure or civil construction projects, preferably in the GCC region.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, contract administration, and local construction laws.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Effective communicator with exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.
