Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for architecture/developments and a commitment to our core values to join our Buildings & Logistics unit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project aims to elevate Saudi Arabia's tourism industry by attracting discerning travelers seeking exclusive experiences, luxury, and a connection with nature. This is an opportunity to shape urban design and lead transformative projects showcasing architectural excellence. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead architectural projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality designs aligned with Jacobs' values of safety, sustainability, innovation, and excellence.

In joining Jacobs, you will:

  1. Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively using project management tools and methodologies.
  2. Collaborate with project managers to establish design objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  3. Conduct design reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  4. Manage the design process from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  5. Provide strategic direction and design leadership, ensuring alignment with Jacobs' standards.
  6. Promote a safety-first culture, proactively identifying and mitigating safety hazards.
  7. Encourage innovation within the project team, emphasizing sustainable practices and creative solutions.
  8. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Work with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, and consultants.

We seek candidates with 10+ years of project management experience in architecture or design-build, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. A BS or MS in Architecture or Engineering from a recognized university is required, with hands-on experience in Mega projects, preferably in the Middle East. Strong knowledge of design management control principles, leadership skills, and client management abilities are essential. Professional registrations are a plus.
