## Senior Project Manager - Buildability (Theme Park)

Location: Riyadh, All SA Regions, Saudi Arabia

As part of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, the development aims to diversify the economy and provide world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences. The project spans 334 square kilometers and includes the world's largest Six Flags theme park, the Middle East's largest water park, and state-of-the-art sporting facilities.

About the Opportunity

Scale: Mega project exceeding $100 million in value, with exposure to multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables.

Depth of experience in a specific area: Previous knowledge regarding the challenges and required coordination to deliver multiple theme park assets simultaneously.

Role Summary and Key Responsibilities

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the construction project is feasible, efficient, and aligns with the client’s vision. The primary responsibility will be to assess design plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify potential challenges or inefficiencies during the design, procurement, and construction stages of the project. Very close collaboration with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders will be critical to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring construction plans, including design, constructability, methodology, HSE, and delivery, are agreed upon, communicated, and implemented.
  • Managing project scope, documenting and approving changes through change control processes in Aconex.
  • Collaborating with discipline leads on project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Working closely with contractors to deliver scope on time and within budget.
  • Identifying, documenting, and monitoring project interactions and dependencies to minimize risks.
  • Reviewing design documents for contractual and specification alignment, providing feedback, and facilitating resolution.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in project management, leading complex projects from initiation to closure within contracting/construction environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively using digital tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, etc.
  • Proactive with a strong drive for delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Mentorship and coaching skills for junior colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in enterprise management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
