The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. This role will be pivotal in leading and delivering complex projects within the region, ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide project management to achieve reliable project performance in terms of sophistication, timeliness, and quality.
2. Build and maintain strong and effective client relationships through successful project delivery and targeted activities.
3. Contribute to providing leadership to project team members to ensure project team cohesion, optimal performance, resourcing, and delivery.
4. Application of project management principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions.
5. Drive a team that achieves results through strong focus on execution and measurement.
6. Identify and respond to project resourcing requirements as needed.
7. Offer ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to the project.
8. Review all project deliverables to ensure compliance with the scope of work, highest technical standards, and client requirements.
9. Understand and manage WHS risks associated with local operations effectively.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s would be advantageous).
2. Project management qualifications.
3. 20+ years of experience in project management of large electrical and multidisciplinary projects.
4. Strong understanding of electrical and bulk infrastructure including civil infrastructure related to substations.
5. Experience in leading large project teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
6. Experience in producing complex documentation, reports, and proposals to meet client requirements on medium to large scale projects of reasonable complexity.
7. Experience in building and maintaining effective client relationships and internal team relationships to deliver excellent client service.
