Title : Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager
Location : Riyadh
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SAP projects and Change Request Management processes at a prestigious client site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with a strong background in managing complex SAP implementations or transformations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP and related enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Manage all aspects of the Change Request Management (ChaRM) process within SAP environments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and issue logs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business and IT functions to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Lead project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
  • Mentor, guide, and manage project team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards throughout the project lifecycle
Skills:
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading large-scale SAP projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP project methodologies and ChaRM processes.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, particularly with high-level government or enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Middle East experience is mandatory; prior work in Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries preferred.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate are highly desirable.
