Job Description

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

The selected candidate will hold the overall responsibility for managing large-scale, multimillion-SAR projects, including commercial, technical, and site construction responsibilities that meet or exceed performance targets.

Act as the senior customer interface for allocated projects, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and expectations are exceeded. Regularly meet with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress. Build strong working relationships with clients.

Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements are implemented to the highest standards, aligned with Linxon’s and our customers' governance and requirements.

Hold overall responsibility for managing large-scale projects, including commercial, technical, and site responsibilities.

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors, plant, and services, with support from the Supply Chain function.

Manage risks and opportunities proactively, both towards customers and supply chain partners/sub-contractors.

Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, developing and implementing project quality plans.

Manage technical and human resources strategically and operationally on the projects.

As a senior figure, stay informed about new developments, market trends, and competitors’ products, and support future order capture by advising sales and tendering teams.

Experience and Education Required:

• Over 10 years of experience in Electrical Transmission projects, including Civil Construction.
• Electrical Engineering Certificate.
• Project Management Certification or PMP preferred.
• Strong communication skills, confident project leadership, initiative, creativity, perseverance, and compliance with Linxon’s Code of Conduct.
• Highly experienced in risk mitigation and opportunity management.
