Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and managing teams of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Design Managers, and Project Controls Specialists to ensure an integrated project team.
2. Overseeing daily contract matters during project execution across one or multiple projects, ensuring client briefs and project charters are complete, and managing scope changes and contractor negotiations.
3. Implementing and managing project Safety Management Systems and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
4. Establishing project-specific briefs, contracts, and procedures, and assisting on cross-project matters.
5. Developing project programs and monitoring deliverables for compliance.
6. Managing budgets, schedules, and procurement processes for project elements.
7. Monitoring project progress and reporting to management, developing action plans to address issues.
8. Collaborating with Design Management and Project Controls to ensure timely delivery of design, costs, and schedules.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
