Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead key projects using agile methodology, from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. You'll collaborate with teams, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements. This role offers the chance to make a strategic impact and mentor engineers, making it a great opportunity to grow your career. The candidate should have strong experience in Project management, particularly in the Fintech field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed-cost or progressive projects.
  2. Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.
  5. Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.
  6. Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.
  7. Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.
  8. Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables.
  9. Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.
  10. Communicating with other TPMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience including at least 3 years as TPM preferably in the Fintech Industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  4. Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.
  5. Strong communication and reporting skills.
  6. Problem solving and leadership skills.
