Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO or senior project management roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS platforms or enterprise solutions in regulated industries.
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft Project – mandatory.
• Strong client communication and multi-department coordination.
• Experience with GRC, LMS, or cybersecurity platforms is a strong advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for GRC and Awareness platform deployments (on-prem and cloud).
• Build detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Microsoft Project.
• Standardize project governance, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Act as the delivery escalation point for Sales, Product, and Client stakeholders.
• Monitor execution KPIs, risks, and scope changes to ensure on-time and on-quality outcomes.
• Drive documentation excellence (MOMs, CR logs, delivery reports, etc.).

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager, located in Riyadh with a hybrid work environment, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing project teams, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets, conducting inspections, expediting processes, and liaising with logistics and other relevant departments to ensure project success.
