Job Title: Senior Project Manager

The selected candidate will hold the overall responsibility for managing large-scale, multimillion-SAR projects, including commercial, technical, and site construction responsibilities that meet or exceed performance targets.

What will you do?

1. Act as the senior customer interface for allocated projects, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
2. Meet regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress.
3. Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships.
4. Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements are implemented to the highest standards and aligned with Linxon's and the customers' governance and requirements.
5. Manage large-scale, multimillion-pound projects, overseeing commercial, technical, and site responsibilities.
6. Support the selection of subcontracted activities, plant, and services, including negotiating contract terms.
7. Manage risks and opportunities effectively with customers and supply chain partners.
8. Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle by developing and implementing quality plans.
9. Strategically and operationally manage the use of technical and human resources on projects.
10. Stay informed about new developments, market trends, and competitors' activities, sharing knowledge within the team.
11. Contribute to future project acquisition by advising sales and tendering teams.

Experience and Education Required:

1. Over 10 years of experience in electrical transmission projects, including civil construction.
2. Electrical Engineering Certificate.
3. Project Management Certification or PMP preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills and confident project leadership in challenging situations.
5. Proactive, creative, and perseverant, with adherence to Linxon's Code of Conduct.
6. Extensive experience in risk mitigation and opportunity management.
