Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Dammam/ Saudi Arabia

The selected candidate will hold the overall responsibility for managing large-scale, multimillion-SAR projects, including commercial, technical, and site construction responsibilities that meet or exceed performance targets.

What will you do?

• Act as the senior customer interface for allocated projects, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and expectations are exceeded.
• Meet regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress.
• Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships.
• Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements are implemented to the highest standards, aligned with Linxon’s and our customers' governance and requirements.
• Manage large-scale, multimillion-pound projects, including commercial, technical, and site responsibilities to achieve or surpass targets.
• Act as the senior customer interface for allocated projects, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
• With support from the Supply Chain Function, oversee the selection of subcontracted activities, plant, and services, including negotiating contracts.
• Manage risks and opportunities effectively with customers and supply chain partners/sub-contractors.
• Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle by developing and implementing quality plans.
• Manage technical and human resources strategically and operationally on the projects.
• As a senior figure within the local UK business, stay informed about market trends, competitors’ products, and activities, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Support future project acquisition by advising and providing input to sales and tendering teams.

Experience and Education Required:

• Over 10 years of experience in Electrical Transmission projects, including Civil Construction.
• Electrical Engineering Certificate.
• Project Management Certification or PMP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and confident project leadership, especially in challenging situations.
• Strong initiative, creativity, perseverance, and adherence to Linxon’s Code of Conduct.
• Significant experience in risk mitigation and opportunity management.
