The role will involve leading and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, client expectations, and WSP's quality and safety standards.""Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 20 years of overall experience, with a strong background in PMC roles on large-scale infrastructure programs.
  • Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex project lifecycles across various phases.
  • Strong knowledge of international contract forms (e.g., FIDIC).
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, highways, utilities, bridges, tunnels) in a PMC capacity.
  • Act as the primary interface with the client, providing strategic project leadership from initiation to completion.
  • Establish and implement project controls, governance structures, and reporting protocols.
  • Oversee the planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client KPIs on cost, quality, time, and safety.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Lead regular project progress meetings and reporting sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff and team members.
