1. Monitor the approved work schedule to achieve the required progress.
2. Check the SVR, Prohibition notice, safety violation to monitor safety requirement as per contract client.
3. Collect all the quality parameters like CAN, QAN, & NCR to fulfill the requirement of the quality from the client.
4. Submit progress invoices to maintain the cash flow.
5. Conduct progress meetings with the operation manager, CEO presentation meeting, and internal site progress meeting to run the project in a professional way and get any comments from the managers.
6. Monitor & control wastage of material to reduce waste and to keep material as per company standard wastage limit.
7. Identify critical activities & troubleshoot to keep the project on schedule.
8. Check the invoices of subcontractors & suppliers to run the subcontractor in a professional way.
9. Submit & obtain approval for shop drawings/as-built drawings and materials to maintain the project as per timeframe.
10. Ensure all types of jobs follow HSE rules to ensure safety during their roles as per attached General rules.
11. Organize and motivate the project team.
12. Ensure customer satisfaction.
