JASARA PMC is searching for an experienced and highly competent Senior Project Controls Manager to join our thriving team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the project controls strategy for multiple large-scale infrastructure projects
• Develop, implement, and refine project controls processes and standards to ensure their effectiveness
• Monitor and assess project performance through comprehensive analysis of schedules, costs, and progress
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Foster strong relationships and collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Mentor and coach project controls team members to enhance their performance and career development
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project controls, including 5 years in a senior role, preferably within the Middle East
• Extensive knowledge of project management processes and industry best practices
• High proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Experience in the civil engineering and construction industries is highly valued
