Senior Project Controls Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Controls Manager to join our team. As the Senior Controls Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the project controls function for our diverse range of programs and projects. You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and controlling of project activities to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement project controls strategies, processes, and procedures
2. Establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget
3. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations and providing timely updates to stakeholders
4. Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary
5. Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
6. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
7. Ensure compliance with project controls processes and standards

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2. A minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls management or a relevant role
3. Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and controls techniques
4. Proficiency in project controls software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
