Senior Project Controls Manager

• Lead the project controls function, developing systems and practices that enhance project performance.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment across all teams.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Analyze project performance and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all project management standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in project controls management, preferably within the Middle East and Asia.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
