Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming the leisure and entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Controls Director for our Resort Core Infrastructure projects. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the project controls function for complex infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with our vision of creating world-class entertainment destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced project controls strategies tailored to infrastructure projects within the resort.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and monitor project baselines and performance indicators.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of project status, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and mentor project controls teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
  • Implement effective communication and reporting protocols for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to project controls and infrastructure development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project controls, specifically in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in leading project controls functions and teams in complex environments.
  • In-depth understanding of project controls methodologies, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management and controls software tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the entertainment or tourism sectors is a significant advantage.
