Job summary

UCC Holding in Riyadh seeks a Senior Accountant to strengthen the finance function for large-scale contracting and EPC projects. You will lead general-ledger activities, month-end close, and project accounting in a controlled environment.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in contracting/EPC, strong IFRS and Saudi tax knowledge, and experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics. This role offers growth within a Tier-1 contractor setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
8–10+ years of relevant experience in contracting/EPC/project environment.
Strong understanding of project accounting, job costing and construction finance.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and Saudi tax/VAT requirements.
Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
SOCPA/ACCA/CPA/CMA qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day GL, month-end close, reconciliations, accruals and financial reporting.
Manage project accounting and job costing, including budget vs. actual analysis.
Oversee accounting for subcontractors, suppliers, advances and retention.
Review progress billing, receivables, contract assets and revenue recognition.
Ensure IFRS, ZATCA, VAT and WHT compliance with internal policies.
Prepare financial schedules, management reports and variance analysis.
Support cash-flow forecasting and working-capital management.
Coordinate with Project Controls, Commercial, Procurement and Operations.
Support internal and external audits and strengthen control environment.
Identify risks and drive timely resolution.
