An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets has created an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager with a strong FMCG background ideally within the poultry industry.

As Senior Production Manager you will manage multi-functional teams to efficiently process poultry products to meet internal customer order requirements and high quality standards in their state-of-the-art and fully automated production facility.

Some of your key duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Supervising the overall production process to ensure that all HACCP principles are applied.
2. Motivate, facilitate, support and direct Team Leaders to achieve defined and measurable performance parameters.
3. Review team performance with Team Managers, evaluating results and directing team for improvements.
4. Conduct meetings/briefings.

To be considered for this exciting role you will ideally have:

1. At least 5 years' experience in a similar Production Management role within a fully automated poultry/food environment.
2. Working knowledge of ISO9000 quality standards.
3. 3rd level educational qualification.
4. Excellent people management skills and strong interpersonal and English communication skills both written and verbal.
