Job summary
astek middle east is seeking a Senior Product/UI Designer to own the visual design language across our digital products. You will collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and front-end engineers to translate user needs and research insights into polished, accessible experiences that are on-brand.
This hands-on role blends strong UI craft with product thinking, guiding designs from early concepts to developer-ready implementation, and owning the design system for web and mobile
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of professional experience in Product/UI Design.
- Experience in product-led, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UI design with rationale and impact.
- Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products using Figma.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate interactions and behavior.
- Own and evolve the design system including components and tokens.
- Translate UX research and user journeys into clear visual experiences.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and product managers to address user needs and business objectives.
- Work with front-end engineers to ensure high design fidelity in the final product.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and present design decisions with data.
