Job summary

A medical device company in Riyadh is looking for a Product Specialist to promote and sell products. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a scientific field and 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales. Responsibilities include customer training, maintaining relationships, and reporting sales activities. Bilingual candidates with a valid KSA Driving License are preferred. This role offers a great opportunity to build and expand a client base.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
  • Experience in Dermatology line is a plus.
  • KSA-based candidates with Transferable Iqama.
  • KSA Driving License + car.

Responsibilities

  • Perform consultative sales with clients to identify needs for products.
  • Schedule appointments and meet new customers to promote products.
  • Develop new client business accounts.
  • Provide professional demonstrations of products on customer sites.
  • Submit weekly reports for sales and marketing.
  • Assist in following up accounts receivables.

Job description
Overview

Promoting and selling the company’s products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly. The Product Specialist tasks also involve after-sales support functions such as conducting in-service training, following up on collections, and maintaining a good relationship with customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform consultative method of sales with prospecting clients in either identifying or even creating the need for Imdad products and continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  • Schedule appointments, meeting existing and new customers in order to promote Imdad’s product, and to determine other opportunities.
  • Generating and developing new client’s business accounts.
  • Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on customer’s site. Apply successful negotiation and sales closure techniques.
  • Provide adequate information about a new prospect and client, in terms of ownership, working physicians, relevant client’s equipment, and status, and update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers.
  • Submit reports for sales and marketing on a weekly basis and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in following up the accounts receivables for sales accounts responsible for.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship with key decision makers, doctors, key customer’s personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations.
  • Effective use of company’s sales aids and marketing data to secure deals.
  • Effectively attending conferences and workshops.
  • Perform professional in-service training for customer’s end users on systems application.
  • Possess market awareness, competitor’s activities/events and competitor’s pricing changes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, (or any other scientific related field).
  • 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales. Experience in Dermatology line is a plus.
  • KSA-based candidates with Transferable Iqama.
  • KSA Driving License + car.
