The specialist will be responsible for developing marketing materials, organizing sales training, and providing technical support. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Hiring: Senior Product Specialist – Construction Machinery Industry
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop localized product marketing materials with support from headquarters.
· Organize product sales training sessions for dealers' sales teams.
· Provide technical application support to dealers and customers.
· Assist engineers from headquarters in conducting on-site customer research and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
· Recommend suitable products to customers and dealers based on their needs.
· Organize and coordinate new product launches.
· Provide feedback and suggestions to the R&D department regarding product applications.
· Conduct research and analysis on competitors’ products.
· Gather information on industry-related legislation and certification requirements.
· Submit quarterly reports to management and sales teams, covering industry trends, competitive dynamics, import/customs data analysis, etc.
· Research and report on mining, agriculture, and roadwork site conditions, and propose relevant product strategies (one report per condition per year).
· Participate in training programs at headquarters.
· Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
· 5–10 years of experience in product R&D, manufacturing, or marketing.
· Excellent writing, editing, public speaking, and presentation skills.
· Strong knowledge of construction machinery, including application scenarios, market research, forecasting, pricing, customer relationships, and overall marketing management.
· Solid understanding of the competitive landscape and development trends in the construction machinery industry.
· Familiarity with basic finance, production management, product R&D relevant laws and regulations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong market analysis skills, with sensitivity to market changes and sound analytical judgment.
· Familiarity with product technology and market development trends in the construction machinery industry; capable of delivering accurate and well-structured market research reports.
