Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, and ensuring strong alignment between product, sales, and customer success. You will craft compelling narratives, lead positioning efforts, and ensure that our products are successfully launched, marketed, and adopted across our target markets.
Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy: Own product launch plans, messaging, and positioning for new and existing products.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and industry research to influence product strategy.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, and battle cards to support the commercial team.
- Messaging & Positioning: Define the value proposition and ensure consistency across all channels (website, social, presentations).
- Customer Insights: Work closely with PMs to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling marketing materials.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with digital marketing to run campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and upsell.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure alignment between product roadmap and market strategy.
- Metrics & Performance: Define KPIs for product adoption, market penetration, and campaign effectiveness; report results to leadership.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and customer-facing content.
Requirements- 6–8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in the MENA region (experience with Saudi market is a must).
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions.
- Experience in go-to-market planning, customer research, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with executives, sales teams, and product teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mixpanel.
- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong plus.
