About the Role

Ready to drive the future of airline guest experience through smart, innovative ancillary product solutions?

Yours is a role that will see you define and execute Riyadh Air's digital growth strategy across the entire ancillary ecosystem. From digital merchandising and bundling to cross channel integration and post-booking upsell, you will lead initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and elevate the guest experience at every touchpoint.

You'll own the end-to-end digital platform architecture for ancillaries, wallet, IFE, catering, and cross-sell flows to ensure seamless scalability across web, mobile, NDC, and airport environments. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, commercial, and operations teams, you'll ensure Riyadh Air's ancillary offerings are operationally reliable, strategically aligned, and commercially impactful.

A key part of your role will be stakeholder alignment and high performance team leadership, mentoring product managers, defining OKRs, and guiding investment decisions that shape the growth portfolio.

About You

Degree qualified, you will bring a minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally within an airline, travel tech, e-commerce, or digital retail environment.

You'll have a proven track record of delivering scalable ancillary or growth products with clear commercial results. Strong knowledge of airline Offer & Order models, NDC, digital merchandising, and fulfilment operations is essential.

You'll also be an experienced people leader with the ability to mentor product teams, influence stakeholders, and drive platform evolution within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
