This role focuses on improving the experience for our BNPL merchants , from activation to long-term success, focusing on engagement and retention . You'll work on initiatives that drive internal growth and help merchants get the most out of our platform, with opportunities to expand into in-store programs in the future.

We're looking for someone with a more seasoned perspective who can hit the ground running. B2B experience will enable you to get up to speed and start making an impact quickly, especially if you're familiar with payments, transactions, or finance-related systems.

You will work in close collaboration with Engineering, Customer Support, Business Development and Risk teams.

You'll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and iteration of product offerings that grow our B2B partner base.
  • Build scalable post-onboarding experiences to retain and engage partners.
  • Define product KPIs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prioritize development initiatives for partner stores based on business impact.
  • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams; validate hypotheses with data.
  • Communicate product decisions, updates, and roadmaps clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve merchant satisfaction and long-term retention.

What we expect
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B products is a must.
  • Come up with ideas and research market trends to implement the best solutions into your product.
  • Work independently in a cross-functional team, leading your product to success.
  • Gather requirements, define functionality, roadmap, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery.
  • Fluent in English, with great communication skills and ability to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
