Job Title: Product Manager - Digital Banking

Department: Wholesale Digital Office

Reports to: Head of Wholesale Platforms

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Wholesale Digital Office. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring the successful delivery of digital banking products and services. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of digital banking, and the ability to drive product initiatives from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define product requirements.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT, facilitating communication and understanding.
3. Lead the development and enhancement of digital banking products, including corporate and SME platforms.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
5. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
6. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
7. Prepare and present product updates and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
9. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the banking or fintech industry.
3. Proven experience in digital banking products, particularly in corporate banking and SME solutions.
4. Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
8. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
