Responsibilities :
Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful outcomes at each stage.
Use data and analytics to inform product decisions. Track key performance metrics, iterate on features, and pivot strategies based on user feedback and market trends.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and market requirements. Foster strong collaboration between teams and maintain a customer-centric product approach.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the product development process. Champion user needs and continuously enhance product features to improve the user experience.
Lead the team through iterative development cycles, focusing on continuous improvement based on data-driven insights. Ensure that product updates deliver measurable value to users and drive business results.
Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance. Provide guidance on defining key metrics, setting priorities, and driving product decisions.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth.
