Foreground is supporting the Saudi buildout of a world-class experiential agency by appointing a seasoned and creative Senior Producer, to oversee content-rich productions ranging from ceremonies and launches to high-profile cultural showcases.

The ideal candidate blends creative understanding with sharp production instincts, managing teams of designers, showcallers, AV vendors, and technicians to turn briefs into unforgettable live experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the production scope of show-led events, including scripting, stage management, audiovisual integration, rehearsals, and live execution.
  2. Manage complex production timelines, run-of-shows, and technical delivery workflows.
  3. Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to translate narratives into show-ready assets and sequences.
  4. Oversee vendor procurement for staging, lighting, sound, and special effects.
  5. Supervise rehearsals, talent, stage direction, and contingency planning during live operations.
Ideal Profile
  1. 10+ years as a producer in live events, performance, or broadcast environments, with Saudi or GCC experience.
  2. Experience delivering government ceremonies, product launches, cultural spectacles, or high-protocol shows.
  3. Excellent understanding of show dynamics, technical production, and live event pressure.
  4. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
