As part of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, the development aims to diversify the economy and provide world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences. The project spans 334 square kilometers and includes the world’s largest Six Flags theme park, the Middle East’s largest water park, and state-of-the-art sporting facilities.

About The Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that align with project timelines and budgets, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Lead the procurement process for projects/packages, from needs identification to supplier selection and contract management.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that maximize value while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Analyze procurement trends and market conditions to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project goals and operational needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage risks to ensure contractual compliance.

Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace full-time, as required by their role.

What you'll need

  • Tertiary Qualification or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
