Confidential in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive the development and execution of procurement strategies, category plans, and sourcing roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. You will oversee all procurement and contracting activities, ensure adherence to policies and Delegation of Authority, and review complex requisitions and tender strategies.

• Manage, mentor, and develop the procurement team to build organizational capability and ensure high performance.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and commercial risks to support strategic decision-making.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.

Master Degree is preferrable
