In this role, you’ll help us understand what matters most to our customers. You’ll ensure our pricing reflects real-world needs and support decisions that make our services more inclusive and customer-friendly—because when pricing works for the customer, it works for everyone.

Role Responsibilities

Support the delivery of regional pricing strategies through data-driven analytics and daily price changes.

Assess pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Maintain and update insights on competition, price elasticity to inform pricing decisions.

Design and manage pricing tests, pilots, and proposals to enhance strategy effectiveness.

Research customer behavior using qualitative and quantitative methods to support pricing model development.

Build and maintain tools and dashboards (Excel, Snowflake, Power BI) to measure performance against key KPIs.

Monitor and evaluate regional pricing initiatives, recommending corrective actions when needed.

Translate complex data into clear, visual insights for regional teams through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Collaborate with IT and pricing operations to conduct root cause analysis and improve pricing systems.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related business field.

2–3 years of experience in financial or quantitative roles within banking, fintech, money transfer, data analytics, consumer products, retail.

Proficiency in Excel and SQL (intermediate to expert level); Power BI is a plus.

Proven experience developing and applying pricing or financial models.

Understanding of pricing strategies in consumer-to-consumer industries.

Ability to communicate complex data clearly and collaborate across functions.
