Job description

Job Purpose :

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM and PMIS Expert with extensive experience in Primavera and Unifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to ensure efficient project delivery and collaboration. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM methodologies, Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, and Oracle Fusion supply chain modules, along with the ability to integrate these systems to support project management and construction workflows.

In this role you will get to contribute expertise in the implementation of project management information systems on large programs. At this level, the PMIS Specialist has sufficient training and technical expertise to work mostly independently on assigned projects.

Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities :

• Responsible for PMIS implementation, configuration, and administration to meet client and project’s requirements.
• Lead information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze the information and prioritize the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.
• Implement and maintain PMIS using Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier & Fusion SCM.
• Assist business stakeholders to manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using Primavera P6.
• Ensure accurate and timely data integration between BIM and PMIS systems and Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare and deliver training programs to the client and project teams.
• Coordinate the review of designed solutions with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Responsible for using internal controls and reporting accurate information.
• Day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.
• Data extraction and data analysis as required for program and project management usage.
• Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the PMIS & BIM application stack
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of PMIS & BIM solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop custom reports and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage and oversee BIM processes and standards across projects

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Minimum of 6 years in in PMIS & BIM
• English: Proficient
• Arabic: Proficient

Professional Certifications:

• Certified Primavera P6 Professional
• Oracle Unifier Implementation Specialist
• BIM Certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
