The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects, including F&B, retail, hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing programme/schedule management.
- Drafting, managing schedule processes and procedures.
- Scheduling quality management across projects or programmes.
- Engagement with client, PMC’s, and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery as planned.
- Regular site visits to check real-time progress.
- Reviewing PMC’s schedules and quality assurance.
- Providing feedback to stakeholders on mitigations and offering independent assessments.
- Monitoring progress against baselines and reporting on delays.
- Advising on complex requirements and communicating analysis and corrective measures.
- Leading review and drafting of programme narratives and baselines.
- Advising on project performance, trends, and mitigation strategies.
- Managing interfaces within programmes.
- Preparing updates for senior management reports.
- Collaborating with data, commercial, and project controls teams.
- Reviewing PMO planning procedures and ensuring alignment.
- Managing PMC meetings and communicating outstanding items.
- Collaborating with PMC’s and design consultants for productivity.
- Reviewing dashboards for accuracy.
- Ensuring IMS data reflects project status.
- Collaborating with the interfaces team to assess potential impacts.
You’ll need to have:
- Necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant high-value project experience.
- Proficiency with AI scheduling tools like nplan, Alice, Schedule Analyser, or similar.
- Experience managing delays on projects or programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Working towards a professional qualification (e.g., CIOB, APM, PMI).
- Relevant local qualifications.
- Ability to respond effectively and sensitively to stakeholder requests.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
You’ll also have:
- Experience with residential or infrastructure schemes.
- Experience within a PMO.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and interpret data for stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Supporting qualifications or relevant experience in construction.
- A degree in construction-related courses or relevant experience.
- PMP, PMI-SP, or similar certifications or demonstrable planning experience.
