The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing programme/ schedule management.
- Drafting, management of schedule processes and procedures.
- Scheduling quality management across projects or programmes.
- Engagement with client, PMC’s and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the project is as planned.
- Regular site visits to check real time progress on projects.
- Reviewing PMC’s schedules and quality assurance.
- Providing feedback to stakeholders on assessed mitigation schedules and provide and independent views on them.
- Programme / sub -programme level assessment to monitor progress against existing baselines and provide reports on progress and potential delays.
- Ability to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
- Leading on the review and drafting of programme narratives and programme baselines.
- Advising the client and internal stakeholders on project performance, recording trends and developing mitigation measures where required.
- Managing and reporting on interfaces within the programmes as required (i.e. within the district).
- Preparing updates for reports to senior management.
- Collaborating with the data, commercial and project controls team to ensure information is interpreted and released within the appropriate timescales.
- Reviewing the PMO planning procedures to ensure the PMCs align with the procedures.
- Managing PMC meetings and communicate outstanding items to PMC’s and client as required.
- Collaborating with PMC’s and design consultants to achieve accurate productivity outputs.
- Reviewing the dashboards to ensure the information reflected is accurate and representative of the facts.
- Collaborating with the IMS team to endure that the information represented in the IMS is reflective of the status of projects.
- Collaborating with the interfaces team to ensure that the information represented in the interfaces report is reflective of the potential impacts of interfaces on the project.
You’ll need to have:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- Capabilities in the use of AI for scheduling such as nplan, Alice, Schedule Analyser or similar.
- Competence in management of delays on projects or programmes.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Office suite
- Working towards a professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
- Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
- Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
- Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
You’ll also have:
- Experience in delivering residential or infrastructure schemes or both.
- Experience in working within a PMO.
- Experience in managing complex schedules and interpreting the data to different stakeholders.
- Good communication skills.
- Good attention to detail
- Supporting qualifications in construction related courses or sufficient work experience.
- A degree in construction related courses or relevant experience in the field.
- PMP, PMI-SP or similar or demonstrable experience in planning and project management methods.
