JASARA PMC is seeking a talented Senior Planning Engineer exclusively for Saudi Nationals. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of project planning and scheduling efforts, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and delivered on time. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing robust project plans, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks, while working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create, maintain, and update project schedules and plans.
  2. Analyze schedules for delays, identify critical paths, and propose corrective actions.
  3. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment and adherence to plans.
  5. Conduct variance analysis and implement performance improvement measures.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, specifically in the construction or engineering sectors.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  4. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
