The Senior Performance Management Specialist plays a crucial role in driving strategic execution and organizational effectiveness at NEOM. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving a robust performance management framework that aligns with NEOM’s strategic objectives. The Senior Performance Management Specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to establish KPIs, monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate data-driven decision making. The Performance Management Professional will be reporting to the Director of Strategy Development.
