Job Scope
Ensure organization design supports the organizational structure. Maintain the organization management systems and processes for job creation, job evaluation, grading, and organizational change rules. Ensure all organization development programs are accomplished in compliance with strategies and operational priorities. Plan, schedule, execute, and control organization development activities to support operations and to ensure timely & efficient HR solutions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support in planning and implementing approaches to organization design, development, and change interventions. Ensure all elements align with organizational strategy.
- Conduct evaluations, benchmarking, and identify aspects of the organization structure, systems, and processes. Develop organization structure, span of control, job descriptions, titles, bands, evaluation, grading, and families as needed.
- Determine the best structural design to optimize roles, authorities, and responsibilities, promoting efficient workflow, communication, and decision-making.
- Facilitate job analysis, new position creation, and maintain methodologies for organization structure, job creation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate with C&B team on grading, promotions, job matching, and salary surveys.
- Create surveys to evaluate effectiveness and identify efficiency improvements.
- Review job descriptions for consistency with policies and procedures.
- Support analyses and studies to resolve issues related to organization change and development processes.
- Ensure organization management systems support effective functioning, based on approved structures, positions, authorities, workflows, records, and ERP systems.
- Conduct job evaluations, derive appropriate grades, and update evaluations as needed.
- Participate in designing and maintaining all organizational jobs linked to career paths.
- Regularly review organizational structure and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to HR projects, organization interventions, and development initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (CIPD, SHRM).
- Experience: Eight (08) years of relevant experience.
