Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements for Oracle HCM EBS and Fusion.
- Solution Design: Create functional designs and solution blueprints that meet client needs while adhering to Oracle HCM best practices.
- Configuration: Configure Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time and Labor, for both Oracle EBS and Fusion.
- Testing and Validation: Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, for EBS and Fusion implementations.
- User Training: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle HCM applications.
- Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements for both Oracle HCM EBS and Fusion.
- Technical Design: Draft technical design documents, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, for Oracle HCM EBS and Fusion.
- Development: Develop and deploy custom reports, User-Hooks, personalizations, and custom forms.
- Data Management: Manage data migration processes using tools like SQL, PL/SQL for EBS, and Fusion Data Loader for Cloud.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and efficiency of Oracle HCM EBS and Fusion applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oracle HCM consulting, with strong experience in both Oracle HCM EBS and Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools like OTBI and HCM Data Loader.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or relevant industry certifications for both EBS and Fusion are preferred.
