Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, technical components, integrations, and data migration. You will play a critical role in optimizing our human capital management processes, driving system implementations, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Benefits, etc.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) processes.
• Manage integrations with external systems and ensure seamless data flow using REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Conduct data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Create and deliver training and support documentation for end-users.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM updates and industry best practices to provide strategic insights.
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, contributing to team goals and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM technical components including HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, HDL, and PBL.
• Strong experience in integration development, data migration, and report generation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services applied to Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM is a plus.
