About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee our oil & gas operations in Saudi Arabia. You will lead large-scale projects, drive operational efficiency, and deliver accurate project estimations while ensuring safety, compliance, and profitability. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across production, maintenance, logistics, and resource management.
• Prepare and oversee project estimations, budgets, and forecasts; ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Implement operational strategies, process improvements, and KPIs to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local regulations, and company policies.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams for new and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor and lead operations and estimation teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and authorities for seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years in oil & gas operations with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven expertise in project estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
