Key Experience & Skills Required:

- Expertise in OpenText ECM solutions, including Content Server, Records Management, and xECM for SAP.

- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ECM solutions.

- Strong knowledge of workflow automation and business process integration.

- Hands-on experience with OpenText API, Web Services, and system customization.

- Experience in system upgrades, data migration, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with ECM security standards, role-based access control, and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in integration with enterprise applications (SAP, Microsoft, etc.).

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and customization of OpenText ECM solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and map them to ECM functionalities.

- Configure, deploy, and maintain OpenText ECM components.

- Ensure compliance with security, archiving, and records management policies.
