This is an opportunity to discover the next generation of Captains and First Officers across the RX Fleet. With a world-class fleet including Boeing 787-9s, Airbus A321s, and A350-1000s, you'll work with top aviators to connect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the world.

This dynamic role involves attracting talent through digital channels, networks, and referrals that align with our opportunities and vibrant culture.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting top-tier pilots. Conducting engaging simulator assessment days, representing the Riyadh Air brand at events and roadshows, will also be key responsibilities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong report management skills and be comfortable leveraging technology to manage a high volume of applicants.

With an eye for talent and a passion for storytelling, you will attract passive and talented candidates, representing the RX brand and ensuring candidates feel at ease while aligning with business needs.

About You

You should be degree-qualified with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including a minimum of 2 years in flight deck recruitment.

Experience with aviation recruitment platforms, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
