This dynamic role is pivotal for attracting talent through digital channels, your networks and referrals that match our dynamic opportunities and exude our vibrant culture.

You will be tasked with sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and selecting top-tier Pilots. Assisting with conducting engaging Simulator assessment days, showcasing the Riyadh Air Brand at events and road-shows will all be pivotal in this opportunity.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong report management skills as well as a tech-friendly disposition to leverage technology to assist with the sheer volume of applicants.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum of 3 years expertise within Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, a combination of volume recruitment expertise within coupled with at least 2 years of Flight Deck recruitment experience.
