You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting top-tier cabin crew candidates. Additionally, you will assist with conducting engaging assessment days across global cities to identify true potential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong report management skills and a tech-friendly disposition to leverage technology to manage the volume of applicants.

About You

Ideally, you will possess a combination of Cabin Crew experience, coupled with at least 2 years of crew recruitment experience.

Familiarity with data visualization software such as Power BI or related technologies would be a plus.
