You will be tasked with sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting top-tier cabin crew candidates. Further, you will assist with conducting engaging assessment days across global cities to identify true potential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong report management skills as well as a tech-friendly disposition to leverage technology to assist with the sheer volume of applicants.

About You

Ideally, you will possess a combination of Cabin Crew experience, coupled with at least 2 years of Crew recruitment experience.
