About the Job:

The role holder will be responsible for enhancing customer experience through working offline with good experience, excellent communication skills, paying attention to details, responsibility, and availability (as our work sometimes requires being available 24 h), having the knowledge and connections regarding hotels and resorts.

Responsibilities:

Quickly respond to any request.

Liaison with suppliers.

Make sure the payment is completed and recorded.

Make sure to get the confirmation letter from the vendor.

Make sure all travelers get the right benefits and confirm activities in the quotations, and everything is in place for the clients.

Update the supplier sheet if there are any new updates.

Profile Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Availability throughout the day (on call).

Shift-based working hours.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with VIP clients.

Comprehensive knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and hotel brands.

Familiarity with contacting suppliers and various service providers.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Understanding of luxury travel and its specific requirements.

A positive attitude and a strong desire for personal and professional development.

High capability to work collaboratively within a team.
