Job description

Onsite - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 3-7 years

Budget: 12-14K SAR

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Quality Management, or a related field. Preferred language: Arabic. Work experience: 3-7 years in software quality management or related roles.

Experience with QMS in software development environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. QMS Implementation: Support the implementation and maintenance of the Software QMS in alignment with industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, TMMI). Ensure compliance with established quality policies and procedures.
  2. Process Compliance and Audits: Conduct internal audits, identify areas for improvement, work with teams to resolve non-conformities, and prepare for external audits.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Training and Awareness: Develop training materials and deliver sessions on QMS best practices.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to software quality.
  6. Metrics and Reporting: Establish quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Skills:
